Mysys Limited started providing outsourced IT management and consulting services in 1994. Our knowledge base includes extensive experience with Sales, Manufacturing and Accounting systems support and implementation.
We use this broad base of experience to deliver solutions that meet the requirements of all stakeholders in the outcome of a custom software development, off-the-shelf package implementation or migration to Cloud services like Office 365.
Successful solution development requires an interactive process between the designers and the users before development starts. One of our favourite interactive tools at the beginning of a project is a whiteboard.
At the start of our solution design process we meet with key stakeholders to discuss the requirements and begin to map out the basic system structure. Working with the whiteboard, creating a rough sketch of the system that can be refined into a detail design.
The result is a mutual understanding of the scope of the project and expected deliverables in the form of inputs, processes and outputs.
